Shipping and Pickups
Madison Cricket Farm ships via overnight shipping Monday through Wednesday via Spee-Dee Delivery for customers in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, as well as select cities and ZIP Codes in Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska.
Orders are must be received by 2:00 PM to be shipped out the next day (2:00 PM Friday for Monday deliveries). After your order is shipped, receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
Local pickups are between weekdays between 11 and 3 at 116 Antique Ln, DeForest, WI 53532, or other hours with advance arrangement. You will need your confirmation email and ID to pick up. We cannot hold packed crickets for longer than 2 days.
LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE
Our goal is to deliver crickets to you that are always alive and healthy. We guarantee live delivery when Express shipping is selected, and the outdoor temperature is between 25 and 90 F. Live shipping cannot be guaranteed with Ground or First Class shipping.
We will make sure you are satisfied, and should problems arise, we will do our best to fix it. Depending on the situation, this could mean a credit on your account for future orders, or a reshipment at no charge, in some cases. In all cases, loss must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
