Our goal is to deliver crickets to you that are always alive and healthy. We guarantee live delivery when Express shipping is selected, and the outdoor temperature is between 40 and 90 F. Live shipping cannot be guaranteed with Ground or First Class shipping.

Depending on the situation, this could mean a credit on your account for future orders, or a reshipment at no charge, in some cases.
